The MAN TGS LX Series Day Cab is equipped with a powerful MAN Common Rail 360 Bhp Turbo Air to Air Charge Cooled Euro 6 Engine, compliant with Ad-Blue standards (Ad-Blue removal available for export). It features a ZF 16-speed manual gearbox and a MAN single reduction drive axle with a differential lock. The Ecas drive axle air suspension includes in-cab handheld controls, while the air-suspended rear lift axle also offers in-cab control.

The 21ft 6ins flatbed body includes wood panel flooring, a raised headboard, and aluminium dropsides. The vehicle is fitted with a gearbox-driven HMF 1430 rear-mounted crane, complete with remote controls, twin hydraulic stabiliser legs, and a rotating brick grab. Additional safety features include aluminium side guard safety rails and 385/65R 22.5 wheels and tyres on the front axle.

The vehicle includes a PVCU vertical engine air intake, dual cab roof-mounted amber beacons, and a nearside chassis-mounted PVCU storage locker. A reverse camera with in-cab monitor enhances safety, while the drawbar spec air and electrical Susie connections are available (excluding coupling).

Driver comfort is ensured with an Isringhausen heated/air-suspended driver’s seat, which includes adjustable lumbar support. Both driver and passenger windows are electric, and the mirrors are electrically adjustable and heated. The cab also features a pop-up sunroof, RDS CD/Radio player, cruise control, 12v auxiliary power socket, adjustable headlight level control, overhead storage compartments, and a rear cab window.

The vehicle’s unladen weight (U.L.W) is 12,135 kgs, with a front axle weight of 9,000 kgs. Both the plated and design weights are 26,000 kgs, while the train weight is 44,000 kgs. The wheelbase measures 4.5 metres, with an overall vehicle length of 10.0 metres, width of 2.5 metres, and height of 3.8 metres.
